What is the difference between an apartment, a studio and a family suite?
Apartments have a separate bedroom and a separate living room with sofa beds, as well as a kitchenette, making them a very practical option for families. Studios integrate the sleeping area and living room in a single open space, offering a more open-plan layout. Family suites, meanwhile, feature separate spaces for adults and children, greater privacy and a configuration specially designed for families with several members.
Have the resort rooms been renovated?
Yes. Many of the categories located in Area D and several of the suites in Area A have been completely refurbished, incorporating a contemporary design, modern furnishings and larger spaces. This allows us to offer modernised accommodation that combines functionality and aesthetics.
Do the rooms include a fridge or kitchenette?
Depending on the category, you may have a fridge, an unstocked minibar or a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The apartments and studios in Area D, as well as some Classic Apartments, include a kitchenette, while family suites offer a microwave on request.
Are the swim-up options suitable for children?
Yes, although adult supervision is required. The Superior Family Suite Swim-up rooms have direct access to a shared pool, providing a unique experience for families who want to enjoy the water from their own terrace.
Does the resort offer baby items in the rooms?
Yes. The resort offers the Insotel Baby Service, which includes a pushchair, bottle warmer and other essential items, available with advance reservation and at an additional charge. This service is available in all areas and makes stays easier for those travelling with babies.
